How to insert MaxiCup®:

1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
2. Flatten the cup by pushing the sides together.
3. Fold the cup in half lengthwise to create a “C” shape.
4. Sit, squat, or stand with one leg raised.
5. Insert the folded cup into the vagina.
6. Bend the end tube inside the vagina to hold the liquid.

How to Remove MaxiCup®:

1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
2. Locate the base of the cup.
3. Locate the base of the cup.
4. Pull the bent tube out to drain the liquid and release the suction.
5. Press the cup walls inward.
6. Gently pull the cup out.
7. Rinse and store or reuse.

Critical Care and Storage of MaxiCup®:

1. Rinse the cup with warm water.
2. Fill the sterilizer container with water.
3. Place the cup inside the sterilizer container.
4. Microwave for 3-5 minutes or until the water boils.
5. Alternatively, sterilize by boiling in water for 5-7 minutes.
6. Allow the cup to cool and dry completely.
7. Store in the sterilizer container in a dry area.

Warnings:

1. Keep out of reach of children.
2. Do not use for more than 12 hours without cleaning.
3. Avoid harsh cleansers like vinegar or bleach.
4. Do not soak in anything other than water.
5. Remove before intercourse.
6. Consult a physician if using an IUD.
7. Does not prevent sexually transmitted infections.
8. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if experiencing pain, irritation, or discomfort.
9. With proper care, the cup can last up to 5 years, though replacing it every 2-3 years is recommended.
